It’s been a while since I’ve played along with FUSION and I’m glad to be able to join in the current challenge. I used the sketch and the inspiration photo to create a male birthday card. I confess it’s rather a simple and loose take on the sketch. I got inpsired by the clean and male atmosphere of the photo and by the colors too. To meet the sketch, I divided the front panel using a linen twine that also recalls the baskets sitting on the upper shelf. The sentiment is heat embossed using clear powder, I love this tone on tone effect. I added a bit of « wink of stella » on the feather but it hardly shows on the photos.

Cela fait un bon moment que je n’ai pas participé à un challenge  FUSION et je suis heureuse d’avoir pu trouver un peu de temps pour honorer le challenge en cours avec cette carte d’anniversaire masculine. J’ai utilisé la photo d’inspiration, et le sketch mais je dois reconnaître que je l’ai quelque peu simplifié. De la photo, j’ai retenu les couleurs et l’atmosphère clean et masculine.  Pour répondre au sketch, j’ai divisé le panneau principal en utilisant une ficelle de lin qui rappelle également les paniers que l’on peut voir sur l’étagère supérieure. Le sentiment est embossé avec de la poudre transparente, j’aime beaucoup cet effet ton sur ton. Pour terminer et donner un peu d’éclat, j’ai passé une peu de « Wink Of Stella » sur la plume, mais c’est à peine visible sur les photos.
