Voici ma participation au challenge de cette semaine chez ColourQ … Un combo pas si facile mais très  raffiné. J’ai opté pour une carte très clean qui laisse la part belle aux couleurs.

Here is the card I’m entering into this week’s Challenge over at ColourQ. This new color palette is not that easy to deal with but it looks so classy . I chose to keep my card quite clean and let the colors do all the job.

Voici ma participation au challenge N°366 de ColourQ. Je dois avouer que ce combo m’a vraiment donné du fil à retordre … J’ai mis un temps fou à savoir comment j’allais l’aborder.

Here is my take on the current challenge over at ColourQ. I must confess I had hard time with this week’s color palette. I tried so many options but I was never satisfied.

Et encore une carte aux couleurs d’Halloween, pour un challenge Halloween mais pas dans le thème Halloween … Oui, oui, je fais de la résistance 😉 . Cette fois c’est pour le challenge en cours chez ColourQ.

I’ve made another Halloween colors card but not an Halloween card. 😉 I’m entering it into the current ColourQ challenge.

Voici ma participation au  challenge N°363 de ColourQ. Le défi proposé est de réaliser une carte avec du blanc, du noir, des impressions (texte) et une couleur qui tranche au choix. Un combo bien sympa ! J’ai réalisé mon fond de carte avec des bandes déchirées d’une page d’un vieux livre.

Here is my take on the current color challenge over at ColourQ. This week’s color palette is : Black, White, newsprint + one spot color. Such a fun challenge ! For the card background I used strips torn out of a page of an old book.

Pour le challenge de cette semaine, ColourQ nous propose de réaliser une carte avec un combo spécial « Octobre Rose » …  Pour l’occasion, j’ai joué à fond la carte du rose/girly, ce qui est plutôt inhabituel chez moi. Bien sûr, j’ai  mis le célèbre petit ruban rose emblématique de lutte contre le cancer du sein …

For this week’s challenge, ColourQ has a special color palette for Breast Cancer Awareness month. I wanted my card to be really pink and light and gentle and cheerful and feminine … Here is what I came up with :

Pour aujourd’hui voici ma participation au challenge N°358 de ColourQ. Le combo de cette semaine s’est révélé être un vrai défi pour moi … Et j’ai essayé un bon nombre d’options avant d’arriver à finaliser la carte que voici

Voici une carte haute en couleurs faite pour le challenge N°357 de ColourQ. J’ai complètement craqué sur ce papier à chevrons noir et blanc et j’ai donc décidé d’en recouvrir totalement le fond de carte. L’avantage avec ce type de papier c’est qu’il n’est pas nécessaire d’ajouter grand chose ;-). Résultat, une petite carte réalisée en peu de temps !

Here is my take on this week’s challenge over at ColourQ. The minute I saw the color palette, I knew I will use  this herringbone paper. With such a paper, no need to add much and thus it has been pretty quick to have the job done 😉
