Happy Saturday everyone! Welcome to this week’s Just Us Girls challenge. Vicki is hosting our trend challenge and she has chosen to get you inky by working on the background. Actually, I chose to work with watercolors instead of ink. I started by randomly « splatching » some magenta and red and added some black splotches. After complete dry, I stamped the bloom and the foliage. For more impact, I added some more hints of red and black watercolor on the stamped image.

C’est un défi « technique » et notre hôtesse de cette semaine, Vicki, vous propose de travailler sur le fond de carte avec des encres. Pour ma part, j’ai préféré utiliser mes aquarelles. J’ai commencé par un fond de taches en magenta et rouge ainsi que quelques projections de noir. Après séchage, j’ai tamponné la fleur et le feuillage. Puis, donner plus de force à l’ensemble, j’ai rajouté quelques petites touches d’aquarelle rouges et noires sur les motifs tamponnés.
