Color Throwdown #546

Hello!

May is over, June is there and I’m back at playing along with Color Throwdown. Here is my take on this week’s color palette. Lisa has chosen navy, coral, teal and cream and these colors always make me think of some nautical atmosphere. So let me take you to an under the sea trip.

Mai est derrière nous, juin a déjà commencé, je recommence donc à participer aux challenges Color Throwdown. Voici ma version du combo de cette semaine. Lisa a choisi bleu marine, corail, turquoise et crème et ces couleurs m’évoquent toujours une ambiance marine. Alors je vous propose un petit tour dans les fonds sous-marins.

Guest Designer – Color Throwdown #545

Hello!

May is nearly over and it’s already my fifth and last week week as this month’s Guest Designer at the Color Throwdown. Check out the delightful color palette the team has chosen for this week’s challenge. It inspired me this big flower that does all the job. I stamped the corolla over some vellum and colored it using some alohol based markers. I scribbled a whimsical stem with a black gel pen.

Nous y sommes, mai touche à sa fin et c’est déjà ma cinquième et dernière semaine en tant qu’invitée créative de Color Throwdown. Tout a passé trop vite! Pour ce nouveau challenge, nous vous proposons un délicieux combo. Il m’a inspiré cette grosse fleur qui fait la carte à elle seule. J’ai tamponné la corolle sur du calque et l’ai colorisée avec des feutres à alcool. J’ai ajouté une tige griffonnée avec un stylo gel noir.

I’m so thrilled and honored to be this month’s Guest designer at the Color Throwdown. I’m joining this talented team for the next 5 challenges (including this one). This week’s color palette is brought by Broni and I love how classy it is.
