Hello!

I come today with a second card inspired by the current CASology  cue word , ie « Comfort ». I used the same stamp set as the one I used on my first take. But this time, I showcased the sentiment only. Actually, before coloring the leaf branch for the first card, I made some watercolor tries on a scrap of paper and it occured to me that it would make a perfect backdrop for the sentiment. Here is what I came up with.

Voici une seconde carte réalisée pour la challenge CASology de cette quinzaine (mot clé « Réconfort »). J’ai utilisé le même set de tampons que celui de la première carte, mais cette fois, je n’ai tamponné que le sentiment. En fait, avant de coloriser la branche qui figure sur la première version, j’ai fait quelques essais de couleurs sur un bout de papier et, ce faisant, je me suis dit que cela pourrait faire un fond idéal pour ce joli texte. Alors, voilà ce que cela donne:

For this fortnight’s CASology challenge, the cue word is « comfort ». At first it rather puzzled me and I wasn’t quite sure which direction to go and then, I remembered of this stamp set I haven’t used in a while. It seemed to me that the sentiment could meet the purpose. Here is the card I came up with. I hope I didn’t stretch the cue word too far.

Le mot clé de cette quinzaine chez CASology est « Réconfort/ Soutien ».  Je dois bien avouer qu’au début je suis restée plutôt perplexe, ne sachant pas trop par quel bout le prendre. Puis, je me suis souvenu de ce set de tampons que je n’avais pas utilisé depuis un bon moment. Il m’a semblé que le tampon texte pouvait tout à fait coller au thème. Voici donc la carte que cela a donnée, en espérant ne pas être hors sujet.
