It’s time for a new Freshly Made Sketches challenge and Kim is this week sketch designer. The one she designed is quite fun rather this large sentiment on the diagonal. It immediately made me think of a very old stamp I hadn’t used in quite a while. Then, I went on rummaging through my old supplies to create this colorful and rather graphic masculine birthday card.

Celui qu’elle a dessiné pour vous est plutôt original avec ce sentiment format XXL barrant la carte en diagonale. Il m’a tout de suite fait pensé à l’un de mes « vieux » tampon et, une chose en appelant une autre, j’ai continuer à fouiller dans mes « vieilleries » pour réaliser cette carte d’anniversaire plutôt masculine, colorée et très graphique.

This is such a fun card! I just love those geometric shapes and that red string! That embossing looks fantastic!

I love the 80s vibe Cécile! You always add such interesting details to your cards – here it’s the clever use of the eyelets, the pop of colour with the string, the charm in the same design as the background. I am inspired as always! Vicky x
