Hello everyone,

It’s time for another new challenge at  Freshly Made Sketches. We’ve got a fresh new sketch designed by Jacquie for you to create with. This is a super simple one and I love minimalist sketches they let you free to create whatever you may have in mind. I chose to go with a curvy line of daisies. I love so much the simple beauty of daisies and this die set from the new Simply Graphic collection is so inspiring. 

C’est le jour du nouveau challenge Freshly Made Sketches . Cette semaine, Jacquie vous propose un sketch on ne peut plus minimaliste, et moi j’adore ça.  Cela laisse une totale liberté de création. J’ai choisi de représenter la ligne courbe avec mon nouveau joujou de chez Simply Graphic, ce joli die « Pâquerette » qui m’inspire tant.

It’s time for another new challenge at  Freshly Made Sketches. This week’s hostess and sketch designer is Judy and she has a super clean sketch for you to create with. I love how wide open it is. It allows for every kind of card you can think of. For once, I didn’t use any dies and I chose to go with an almost one layer card playing with aquarelle and some of my favorite stamps.

C’est le jour du nouveau challenge Freshly Made Sketches et, cette semaine, Judy vous a dessiné un sketch vraiment minimaliste. Comme vous pouvez vous en douter, j’adore la totale liberté de création qu’il offre. Tout est permis ou presque. Pour une fois, je n’ai utilisé aucune matrice de coupe et réalisé une carte en jouant avec mes aquarelles et mes tampons chouchous du moment.

Hello everyone,

It’s time for another new challenge at  Freshly Made Sketches. This week’s hostess and sketch designer is Amy. Check out the great clean sketch she came up with.  For once, I stayed pretty close to the sketch that allowed me to use those little squares which are leftovers frome previous cards. I chose to go with one of my all time favorite color schemes : black, white and gold.

C’est le jour du nouveau challenge  Freshly Made Sketches .   C’est au tour d’Amy de vous proposer un sketch et voici celui qu’elle a dessiné pour vous cette semaine. Une fois n’est pas coutume, je suis restée au plus proche du sketch. Il m’a donné une occasion en or d’utiliser ces petits carrées qui sont des « restes » de cartes précédentes. J’ai opté pour l’un de mes combos chouchous auquel je reviens régulièrement.

Happy wednesday and welcome to  Freshly Made Sketches. This week’s sketch designer is Narelle and she felt like playing with circles and splatters. Of course, if circles and splatters are not your things, you can use whatever you want instead. I stayed very close to the sketch but I wanted a rather masculine card and, hence, chose to go with stars instead of flowers.  Here is the card I came up with.

Je vous souhaite la bienvenue chez  Freshly Made Sketches .   Narelle anime le challenge de cette semaine et elle avait envie de cercles et d’éclaboussures, mais , bien sûr, vous êtes totalement libres de les remplacer par autre chose. Pour ma part, je suis restée très proche du sketch mais, je souhaitais  une carte plus masculine et j’ai donc remplacé les fleurs par des étoiles. Et voici la carte que cela m’a inspirée.

Happy wednesday and welcome to  Freshly Made Sketches. This week sketch designer is Karren and she has chosen a slimline card sketch which I flipped onto the side. Actually, I don’t know the reason why but I don’t feel quite at ease with vertical slimline cards and I find it much easier to work on horizontal ones. Here the card I came up with.

Je l’ai retourné sur car, sans que je saches vraiment pourquoi, je ne suis pas très à l’aise avec les cartes étroites verticales. Je préfères de beaucoup travailler ce format à l’horizontal. Voici donc ma carte.

Happy wednesday and welcome to   Freshly Made Sketches. It’s my privilege to provide the sketch this week and here is the one I came up with. I hope you’ll have plenty of fun playing with it. Remember that we love free thinking at FMS, so feel free to use any shapes, in case circles get you nervous 😉 . Even though I thought circles, I ended up with a fun love card featuring no circles 😀 .

Et, pour ceux qui n’aiment pas trop les cercles, n’oubliez pas, qu’à FMS, on adore les interprétations libres 😉 . D’ailleurs, même si je pensais « cercles » au départ , j’ai finalement opté pour une carte rigolote sans … cercles 😀 .

Happy wednesday and welcome to the latest  Freshly Made Sketches  challenge. This week’s sketch designer is Jen B and she has designed such a fun sketch for you to create with. This swirly line is so inspiring and so versatile too. I felt like some humor was exactly what we need in those depressing days. (We are experiencing our third locked down, here in France).  I played with my markers to scribble the swirly wave and the bubbles and added some extra bubbles using Nuvo Clear Crystal Drops.

Cette semaine notre sketch designer est Jen B et elle vous propose un sketch amusant avec cette ligne sinueuse à interpréter comme bon vous semble. Pour ma part, j’ai eu envie d’un peu d’humour et je me suis amusée à gribouiller la vague et les bulles avec des feutres. J’ai ajouté quelques bulle supplémentaires à l’aide de Clear Crystal Drops de Nuvo.
